<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte fuel cell having a high electrode performance and provided with an air electrode superior in matching of thermal expansion. <P>SOLUTION: In the solid electrolyte fuel cell 1, a fuel electrode 3 in contact with a fuel gas, a solid electrolyte 5 having oxygen ion conductivity, and the air electrode 7 in contact with air are laminated in this order. Moreover, a reaction prevention layer 9 is formed between the solid electrolyte 5 and the air electrode 7. Among them, the air electrode has a composition of a chemical formula of the following formula (1). The formula (1): La<SB>1-x-y</SB>Sr<SB>x</SB>Ln<SB>y</SB>Co<SB>z</SB>Fe<SB>1-z</SB>O<SB>3-</SB>δ. Here (Ln=Sm, Gd, Pr, Nd), 0.2≤x≤0.4, 0.01≤y≤0.2, 0.05≤z≤0.2, and x+y≤0.5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
