An air conditioner is provided to form a boss part at a rear surface of a front panel formed with an inlet for pushing a metal filter toward a heat exchanger, thereby connecting the metal filter to the heat exchanger electrically without using any additional connectors. An air conditioner includes a heat exchanger(11) mounted in a main body having a front panel(12) formed with an inlet(12a), and a metal filter(20) mounted between the front panel and the heat exchanger. A boss part(12b) is formed at a rear surface of the front panel for pressing the metal filter toward the heat exchanger, thereby connecting the metal filter to the heat exchanger. The boss part is extended from the rear surface of the front panel by a predetermined length toward the metal filter. The boss part is downwardly inclined for preventing condensed water of the heat exchanger from flowing toward the front panel.
