<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer work support apparatus capable of efficiently reporting the information required by users to the users. <P>SOLUTION: The support apparatus 10 has a display 14 and an information access device 16 having a group of buttons arranged thereon for designating subjects to be displayed. An update report program 200 is implemented on the support apparatus 10. An update confirmation control part 210 of the update report program 200 controls an update confirming part 212 so that at a certain time it confirms whether or not links (Web pages, electronic files and the like) designated by the buttons have been updated.
