PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high performance, reduction in thickness, weight and costs, improvement in chemical resistance and the mass-production of a compact heat exchanger. SOLUTION: An outer face of a tube 2 provided with a plurality of coolant flow channels for circulating coolants to improve efficiency in heat exchanging operation, made of light-weight and thin flat plastic resin, and composed of hollow holes connected with each other is provided with a columnar film, thus a surface area of the tube outer face is increased, heat exchange is performed while increasing a heat radiation effect, and a heat exchanger 1 of a high heat transfer coefficient can be provided.
