PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator capable of eliminating a supercooling state of a vegetable compartment without using a special heating means while surely defrosting a cooler. SOLUTION: When the continuation of supercooling state of the vegetable compartment is determined (A4: YES), a R defrosting heater is energized after confirming that a V heater for heating the vegetable compartment is in a 100% power distribution state (A5: YES), and further confirming that a hydrating operation by defrosting by a R evaporator is not performed (A6: YES). As the air heated by the R defrosting heater is distributed to the vegetable compartment, the supercooling state of the vegetable compartment can be eliminated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
