PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing an aluminum alloy sheet for forming capable of rationally producing an aluminum alloy sheet for forming having excellent baking hardenability, capable of coping with the severe requirement that a change at room temperature after production with the lapse of time is small, and further having characteristics in accordance with use, and to provide the aluminum alloy sheet for forming. SOLUTION: According to the method of producing an aluminum alloy sheet for forming, cluster I production treatment and cluster II production treatment are alternately performed, and, for example, an operation where, after a fixed amount of cluster II is beforehand produced, and then, a fixed ratio of cluster I is mixed into the structure for optimizing the balance between its baking hardenability and ductility is made possible, and further, the cluster II is again produced, thus a combined cluster structure, e.g., of the cluster II→the cluster I→the cluster II can be formed. The aluminum alloy sheet for forming obtained thereby has the combined cluster structure, and in which the optimization of a balance between baking hardenability and ductility is realized.
