PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire-receiving device storing an excessive cord so as to have a good appearance and be convenient to use regardless of the height position of a top board, even if an electronic device is mounted on the liftable top board provided at a wagon, and having no disadvantage of a loose connection between a wire and the electronic device by lifting the top board. SOLUTION: The wagon is provided with the liftable top board 6 for mounting the electronic devices, such as a personal computer. The lower surface of the top board 6 is fixed with a wire receiver 11 horizontally directed, having a trough shape opened on the right and left sides, and provided with protrusions 13 directed obliquely upward at the right and left ends of the bottom surface.
