PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a endoscopic sheath in which a wiper is positioned without interrupting the observation visual field of an endoscope and vivo fouling stuck to the insertion part distal end face of the endoscope is efficiently wiped off, and to provide an endoscopic system using the endoscopic sheath. SOLUTION: The endoscopic sheath 3 comprises: a endoscopic sheath insertion part 31 provided with a distal end opening 34 where the insertion part distal end face 25a of a rigid endoscope 2 is to be arranged when the rigid endoscope 2 is inserted, to be inserted into the living body in the state of inserting the rigid endoscope 2; a first wiper 35 and a second wiper 36 as the plurality of wipers provided on the distal end opening 34 of the endoscopic sheath insertion part 31, for wiping the fouling stuck to the insertion part distal end face 25a of the rigid endoscope 2; and a rotating cylindrical body 56, a first transmission gear 55a and a second transmission gear 55b as driving means for driving the first wiper 35 and the second wiper 36 at a prescribed timing and/or speed.
