This implant (10) for bone conjugation, which has an implant base (12) for bone conjugation and a surface layer (14) formed on the implant base (12) for bone conjugation, is characterized in that the content of a metal having a low compatibility with bone in the surface layer (14) is larger than the content thereof in the implant base (12) for bone conjugation. Owing to this characteristic, it is possible in the implant (10) for bone conjugation as described above to regulate the porosis ability on the surface of the implant for bone conjugation at a low level. As a result, the porosis around the implant for bone conjugation can be regulated at a low level during the period from embedding the implant for bone conjugation into the body till the completion of the treatment for bone fracture, which makes it possible to facilitate the procedure of removing the implant for bone conjugation from the body.
