PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning control device capable of controlling air conditioning to promote comfortable sleeping for each person even when plural persons sleep in the same bed room. SOLUTION: This air conditioning control device 10 for controlling air conditioning in the bed room, comprises a priority user selecting means for selecting a priority user from at least two or more users, a sleeping state determining means for determining a sleeping state of the priority user, and an air conditioning control means for controlling at least one of air temperature, humidity and intensity of airflow of an air conditioner 30 on the basis of the sleeping state determined by the sleeping state determining means.
