摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material for a lithium battery which has an excellent anti-electrolyte property, an anti-hydrofluoric acid property, and water resistance. SOLUTION: The packaging material for a lithium battery is composed of a lamination of an aluminum foil layer, an anchor layer, an adhesive resin layer and a sealant layer on at least one surface of a material layer. The surface of the aluminum foil layer on the side of the anchor layer is subject to degreasing treatment, hot water denaturation treatment, anodizing treatment or conversion treatment. The anchor layer is composed of either one or more kinds out of a cation polymer, an isocyanate compound and an epoxy compound, or composed of a blended composite of 20 to 99 wt.% of one kind out of the above and 80 to 1 wt.% of a silane coupling agent, or composed of a blended composite of 20 to 99 wt.% of a mixture of any two kinds of the above and 80 to 1 wt.% of a silane coupling agent, and the adhesive resin layer is composed of an acid denaturation polyolefin resin.
