PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition having excellent curability and adhesiveness by using a non-organotin catalyst. SOLUTION: The curable composition comprises (A) a polymer having a silicon-containing group crosslinkable by forming a siloxane bond and (B) an alkoxy tantalum (b1) and/or an alkoxy niobium (b2). The curable composition may also comprise (C) a carboxylic acid and (D) an amine compound.
