Solubilizate (A) of a plant extract (B), which contains physiologically or pharmaceutically active agents (I), comprises about (by weight) 10-30% (B); 4-35% water (deionized, demineralized or distilled, one or more times) and 55-75% of an emulsifier (II) with hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) 9-16. An independent claim is included for a method for preparing (A).
