<p>The invention relates to the chemical industry, in particular to methods for producing a film-forming component in the form of a low-molecular fluorine-containing polymer material and a composition based thereon. The inventive film-forming composition can be used for treating surfaces of materials made from inorganic substances and certain organic materials. The inventive method for producing a film-forming composition consists in polymerising acrylate monomers which are modified in the ether portion thereof by fluorine in a liquid medium at a temperature of 60-70 °C in the presence of a surface-active composition in the form of a trimethyl octadecyl ammonium bromide, dodecyl trichloroammonium chloride, tetrabutyl ammonium bromide, cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide or a sodium lauryl sulphate salt in a aqueous ammonia medium and a polymerisation initiator in the form of a hydrogen peroxide, tert butyl peroxopivaliate, acetic acid hydroperoxide and K<SUB>2</SUB>S<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>8</SUB>-NaHSO<SUB>3</SUB>, ammonium calcium-persulphate metabisulphite, (C<SUB>5</SUB>Me<SUB>5</SUB>)Sm(III)Me(THF), benzene peroxide, tert butyl peroxometacryloyloxyethyl carbonate, hydrochloride asobic isobutyr-amidine or dihydrochloride 2,2`- asobic(methylpropyonamidine) and in subsequently dissolving 1-5 % of a polymerised monomer acrylate in a fluorine-containing benzene derivative. The acrylate and initiator are used in a quantity of 1000?1-0.3), respectively.</p> |
