PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC/DC converter wherein an output voltage can be outputted with accuracy without providing the process of selecting a detecting resistor for output voltage adjustment and manually soldering in a manufacturing process for the DC/DC converter. SOLUTION: The DC/DC converter 11 has a microcomputer 18 in its control unit 13. A voltage output section 15 is provided with an output voltage detecting section 16, and a detected voltage adjusting section 17 is connected in parallel with a detecting resistor R12 of the output voltage detecting section 16. The detected voltage adjusting section 17 includes adjusting resistors R21, R22 that can be switched between valid state and invalid state by turning on/off transistors Q1, Q2. The microcomputer 18 controls turn-on/off of the transistors Q1, Q2 relative to the reference voltage within the microcomputer 18 so that the output voltage of the voltage output section 15 falls within a preset range.
