PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horn antenna with favorable handleability, and an apparatus for an immunity test employing the same. SOLUTION: The horn antenna is composed of a horn for radiating an electromagnetic wave from a radiation antenna toward tested equipment placed on a receiving point; a waveguide extensively provided on the rear end side of the horn; and a radiation element provided in the waveguide and radiating a radio wave. The horn antenna is configured to radiate a linearly polarized electromagnetic wave. In the horn antenna, the radiation element is provided on the rear end of the waveguide so that its axial line may match the center axis of the waveguide. A rotating means for rotating the radiation element for its axial line is provided outside the rear end of the waveguide of the horn antenna, so that the plane of the polarization of the electromagnetic wave radiated from the electromagnetic horn can be continuously adjusted in angle from a horizontal direction toward a vertical direction.
