PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically produce hydrogen peroxide solution having a strong oxidizing power and a bleaching action, in a dishwasher compartment, without requiring injection or supplementation of chemicals or the like. SOLUTION: Water mixed with a noble metal catalyst 3 is brought into contact with oxygen generated by an oxygen supply device 1, thereby producing the hydrogen peroxide solution through catalysis.
