<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-CD10 antibody composition useful as a medicine having increased effector function. <P>SOLUTION: The antibody composition is composed of an antibody molecule specifically binding to CD10 and having an N-glycoside-binding complex sugar chain in the Fc region, wherein the N-glycoside-binding complex sugar chain is a sugar chain free from fucose bonding to the N-acetylglucosamine at the reducing terminal of the sugar chain.
