PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil burner for a cremator capable of preventing flame from being instabilized in tilting. SOLUTION: In an atomizer 1 of the oil burner A constituted by forming a fuel supply flow channel 2 on a central portion, forming a fuel injection port 3 on the tip of the fuel supply flow channel, and further forming a combustion air injection port 6 at the outer side of the fuel injection port 3, orifices 20, 22 are incorporated in the fuel supply flow channel 2 in two stages, the variation of a liquid level is inhibited by preventing the back flow of the fuel in tilting the burner, and thus the flame B can be stabilized.
