PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition having an antistatic function not to be impaired by cleaning with water or wiping off with a water-containing cloth. SOLUTION: The antistatic resin composition comprises (a) 5-95 wt.% of a thermoplastic resin except a polyurethane-based thermoplastic resin, (b) 5-95 wt.% of an ether-based polyurethane-based thermoplastic resin, (c) 0.2-10 parts wt. based on 100 parts wt. of the total of the components (a) and (b) of a sulfonic acid metal salt represented by chemical formula dissolved in (d) a polyethylene glycol.
