PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vehicle body skeleton structure capable of reinforcing a skeleton member such as a curved member or reinforcement or the like without deteriorating productivity. SOLUTION: A tapered part 100 is formed on a reinforcing member 94 provided at the inner side of a tunnel under reinforcement 60 corresponding to a deformation part 66. Both ends of the tapered part 100 in the width direction is formed in a gradually tapered shape toward the tip end side, and the extension dimension form the end part of approximately vehicle front side of the base part 98 is set according to the curvature of the deformation part 66 so that the tip end (rear end) of the tapered part 100 does not abut on a side wall 88 of the deformation part side. Therefore, the tapered part 100 or side walls 106, 112 of the tapered part side do not interfere with the wall side 76 of the deformation part side. The reinforcing member 94 can be easily disposed at the appropriate position of the inside of the tunnel under reinforcement 60 thereby, and the assembling of the reinforcing member 94 does not deteriorate the productivity of the vehicle body.
