PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for controlling distribution of a driving power in a vehicle, which device can elongate the life by reducing a load applied to a driving power transmitting system and a driving power distributing device, such as a transfer mechanism and a differential mechanism, and can contribute to the energy saving by reducing a fuel consumption. SOLUTION: The device for controlling distribution of the driving power in the vehicle comprises a rotational speed difference detecting means, a transmitting torque calculating means, a driving current calculating means, a speed changing stage recognizing means, a constant four-wheel drive mode, and an output reducing means for outputting the driving current value to be calculated by the driving current calculating means to the driving power distributing device after reducing the driving current value when the constant four-wheel drive mode has been selected, and the speed changing stage recognizing means has recognized that the speed changing stage of a transmission is a speed changing stage other than a specified speed changing stage.
