<p>In a disc device, a traverse unit (200) is shifted in a tray ejecting direction by a drive motor (110) when a tray (260) is ejected, and the tray (260) is transferred by a drive force transmitted from the drive motor (110) after the traverse unit (200) presses the tray (260). When the tray (260) is loaded, the tray (260) and the traverse unit (200) are transferred to a recording/reproducing position by the drive motor (110) after the tray (260) presses the traverse unit (200). Thus, the number of drive force switching times is reduced, height accuracy at a lifting end of the traverse unit to a mechanical chassis is improved, and furthermore, the number of movable components is reduced.</p> |
