The invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry and is meant for dentition investigations. The method, according to the invention, consists in that it is carried out the digital radiography of the upper and lower jaws, data processing, densitometric appraisal of the cortical plate of the frontal teeth in three regions: the cervical region, of the middle one-third of root and the region of root apex; of the lateral teeth in four regions: the cervical region, of the interradicular septum of tooth, of the medial and distal closing laminae. Then it is calculated the mean value of optical density of the investigated regions for each tooth. And if by chance the mean value of optical density of the investigated regions for the frontal teeth is equal to 135à150 HU, for the lateral teeth to 85à100 HU, it is determined the first degree of disturbance of the occlusive interrelations of the given teeth, if for the frontal teeth is equal to 120à135 HU, for the lateral teeth to 70à85 HU û the second degree of disturbance; if for the frontal teeth is under 120 HU, for the lateral teeth under 70 HU û the third degree of disturbance of the occlusive interrelations.
