EXAMPLE:4-Chloro-5-( 3-n-butoxy-4-methoxybenzylamino )-6-ethoxy-3-(2H)pyrida zinone. USE:A medicine. SRS-A antagonist. An active ingredient of medicine for preventing or treating disease caused by either one of leukotrikon C4, D4 and E4 or mixture thereof. PREPARATION:A compound expressed by formula II (Ya is H, nitro, amino, OR4 or halogen) is reacted with a compound expressed by formula III in a solvent, as necessary in the presence of a deacidificating agent to provide the compound expressed by formula I wherein Y is Ya.
