<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish technique realizing energy conservation and cost reduction and effectively putting incineration residue to practical use other than landfilling in the dioxin. decomposing treatment or heavy metal fixing treatment of incineration residue generated from an incinerator of urban refuse or industrial waste. SOLUTION: An incineration residue treatment method is constituted of a first process removing coarse matter 25b, iron 26a and aluminum 27a from incineration ash from an incinerator 21, a second process for classifying incineration ash after removal into coarse particulate ash, medium particulate ash, fine particulate ash and micro-particulate ash according to a particle size and a third process recovering coarse particulate ash and medium particulate ash as they are and subjecting fine particulate ash to heavy metal fixing treatment 30 to recover the same and subjecting micro-particulate ash to dioxin decomposing treatment. At the same time, a method for producing aggregate 29 from coarse/medium particulate ash and a solidifying material 30b from fine particulate ash and producing aggregate 29 and the solidifying material 30b using incineration residue is also established.</p> |
