<p>The invention relates to a portable or fixed electric boiler, and belongs to the domestic appliances field, being an instant water heater that solves the problem of the energy consumption and cost. According to the invention, the boiler consists of an electroinsulating and heat-resistant cylindrical chamber (1) provided with two metal tubes (2 and 3) for the inlet of the cold water, and the outlet of hot water, respectivelly, said tubes being connected to the ground socket, being analogous to the Faraday cylinders and having the role of electric shields for protection against electric shocks, the hot water resulting after the Joule effect by heating the water extant between two cylindrical electrodes (4 and 5) connected to the null, and to the 220 V of the alternating electric current network phase, respectivelly. The invention can be used as a portable or fixed electric boiler, connected to a pressurized water network, connected to an open water tank, by the water free fall or by immersion into a water vessel - as a heat plunger - for houses or public places, for the towns or for the villages.</p> |
