The present application relates to a motorcycle, in particular motor scooter, comprising a battery accommodating structure, in which a battery case (1) for accommodating a battery (3) is disposed in an inner space of a rear housing member (11) of the motorcycle, and wherein a battery case cover (2) for opening and closing the battery case (1) is formed on the rear housing member (11) at a position corresponding to the battery case (1).
