PURPOSE:To prevent data which is not correctly encoded from being written by inhibiting the write of information at the time of detecting that an attachable/detachable encoding unit for encoding information which should be recorded is detached. CONSTITUTION:The data of a declarative sentence is impressed on an input end 1 and encoded in accordance with an encoding polynomial in an encoding polynomial holding part 4 which is connected through encoding polynomial connection lines 5 and 6 by an encoding and declarative sentence forming circuit 3. Then, it is impressed on a write circuit, not illustrated, from an encoding output end 10. Encoding data impressed on an input end 11 from the readout circuit, not illustrated, is formed into a declarative sentence in accordance with the encoding polynomial in the polynomial holding part 4 by the circuit 3 and outputted from an output end 2. When the holding part 4 is detached, the circuit 3 recognizes the detachment of the part 4 from the change of the level of attachable/detachable state detection lines 7 and 8 and outputs a write inhibiting signal 12. |
