A low frequency electric stimulator using a piece cell is provided to use a cell in the form of a group of small pieces and to connect low frequency electric wave form to each cell to give different low frequency wave to each cell. On a stimulation plate(110), plural cusps(121) are formed. A low frequency generator(130) is connected to the stimulation plate(110) to achieve ear acupuncture effects. The cusps(121) parts of the stimulation plate(110) are partitioned in the form of cells not to be communicated with each other. The low frequency generator(130) is connected to each piece cell(120). In the stimulation plate(110), an insulating plate(111) is formed by partitioning insulating protrusions(112) from each other. The piece cell(120) is placed between the insulating protrusions(112).
