A device for improving restroom ventilation for apartment houses is provided to mount a plurality of suction pipes connected to suction holes of a ceiling for discharging polluted air and humidity from restrooms to the outside in a short time and preventing malfunction of motors. A device for improving restroom ventilation for apartment houses includes main body(10) having a cover(20) screw-coupled with a lower suction hole of a discharge blower(1) and having a coupling hole(21) mounted with a packing(22) at an outer peripheral surface, a body part(30) screw-coupled with a lower part of the cover, and an illumination shade(40) screw-coupled with a lower part of the body part. The body part has a slant plate defining an internal space into a suction space part at an upper part and an illumination part at a lower part, and is formed with a plurality of suction holes(33,33') and drain holes(34) in an outer peripheral surface. A guide rod(36) inserted with a float(35) is vertically mounted outside a bottom surface of the suction space part for opening or closing the drain holes. A reflection plate and an illumination lamp(39) are mounted on a top surface of the illumination part. A plurality of suction pipes(50) are coupled with the suction holes of the main body. Each of the suction pipes are folded in L-shape with horizontal pipe(51) and a vertical pipe(52), between which a hollow suction tube(53) is positioned. A drain cap(60) has a coupling protrusion(61) cut in the shape of a cross to have a spiral portion and draining indents(62). The drain cap is screw-coupled with a lower end of the vertical section of the suction pipe by the coupling protrusion.
