An apparatus for making ice of micron units by using salt water or sea water is provided to mount a screen at a lower part of an ice integration tank for promoting the integration of the ice and easily discharging water out of the tank, thereby keeping and delivering fishes in an optimum state. An apparatus for making ice of micron units by using salt water or sea water includes an ice integration tank(2) and a sea water storing tank(3). The ice integration tank is mounted with a central screen base(6) and an environmental screen base(7) respectively in the center and its peripheral portion. An injection part is mounted at a lower part of the ice integration tank for injecting ice, and a discharge part is mounted at the lower part of the ice integration tank and connected to a pump for discharging sea water or salt water. The sea water storing tank is formed with a drain path inside and connected to a drain part outside. A screen(5) is secured on the screen bases and has porous plates and supporting pieces formed between the porous plates, wherein fillers are filled in the center of the supporting pieces. Hooks(16) are mounted at corners of the screens.
