A wireless transceiver for a portable phone earphone is provided to enable a user to wear the transceiver in the user's ear as changing an angle of the earphone by pushing a push button, thus the user can easily wear the transceiver while the worn transceiver is not easily separated from the user's ear. A supporting projection(19b) is integratedly protruded from the back of an earphone holder at a hinge shaft(17). A push button(25) is contacted with the supporting projection in vertical direction. The push button pierces through a guide groove pierced on an upper end of transceiver cases(11,12), and is protruded to the upper end of the transceiver cases(11,12).
