FIELD: railway transport; permanent way. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of permanent way of railway, streetcar or underground transport. Proposed track device contains two half-ties on which rails are fastened. Half-ties are made of heavily compounded polymer-based composite material and are rigidly coupled by brace whose ends are rigidly fixed in half-ties owing to adhesion forces. Brace is made of parallel layers of polymeric fibers laid along longitudinal axis of brace and interconnected by polymeric binder. Fibers have cross section in form of equilateral triangle. Adjacent fibers inside each layer and fibers of adjacent layers are in contact through interfacing surfaces. Ends of brace fixed in half-ties are disorientated. Area of cross section of fibers decreases, layer by layer, in direction from axis of brace. ^ EFFECT: reduced vibrations caused by train running along track, possibility of use in aggressive atmosphere. ^ 3 cl, 3 dwg |
