FIELD: rocketry; active action on clouds for prevention of hail-damage. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed rocket launcher includes base and strut. Mounted rotary on strut is bearing swivel unit on which swinging platform is installed. Located along longitudinal axis of swinging platform is longitudinal unit of guides with channels for rockets, drive for rocket launcher azimuth and elevation guidance and locking units for locking the rocket launcher according to guidance angles. Rocket launcher is additionally provided with two adjacent guide units which are identical in construction and are located as mirror image relative to cradle axis at fan-pattern angle between longitudinal axes about 10 degrees. Guide units are arranged in two tiers. One tier is used for longitudinal guide unit and other tier is used for adjacent guide units. Guide units have similar number of channels for rockets. Adjacent guide units are identical in width. Width of longitudinal guide unit is equal to double width of adjacent guide unit. Planes of tiers are parallel. ^ EFFECT: reduced labor input in operating and servicing the rocket launcher. ^ 3 cl, 2 dwg
