Aqueous dispersion composition of ellagic acid or its salts or esters, comprises non-ionic surfactant such as block copolymers comprising polyethylene glycol and polypropylene glycol. Independent claims are included for: (1) a cosmetic or dermatological composition comprising ellagic acid or its salts or ester derivatives and non-ionic surfactant such as copolymers comprising polyethylene glycol blocks and polypropylene glycol, in an aqueous medium; and (2) a non-therapeutic treatment process of skin comprising applying the composition on the skin.
