A fire prevention door is provided to form a smokeproof screen for preventing harmful smoke from leaking in a crevice of the fire prevention door. The fire prevention door includes a smokeproof screen(200) installed on a front of the fire prevention door(2100) to prevent harmful smoke from being diffused around an area, a smokeproof screen rolling portion(100) installed on an upper portion of the fire prevention door to unroll the smokeproof screen in an emergency, a smokeproof screen lateral surface fixing portion(500) installed on both lateral surfaces of the fire prevention door, and a smokeproof screen bottom inserting portion(700) formed on a bottom surface(2500) of the building to closely insert the smokeproof screen into a lower portion of the fire prevention door for preventing the smoke from leaking out.
