The invention relates to the branch of heat engineering, in particular, the preparation of desalted water, which is used for additional supply of steam boilers and heating systems. A stage of evaporating apparatus of instantaneous boil contains a housing, inside which an expansion chamber and condensation chamber are located, which are divided by a wall. A separator is fixed in the wall. The expansion chamber is equipped with branch pipe of supply and with branch pipe for removal of evaporating water. The condensation chamber is equipped with abundle of horizontally located heat exchange tubes and with branch pipes for removal of distillate. In accordance with the invention, in the condensation chamber vertical partitions are made which are installed relative to the lower wall of housing with a clearance, which is equal to 0.2-0.5 width of the housing. The bundle of horizontally located heat exchange tubes is placed relative to the upper and lower walls of the housing at a distance that is equal to 0.03-0.12 of height of housing. In the upper wall of housing downstream of the vertical partitions, at least, two branch pipes for removal of steam-gas mixture are made. The invention provides for reduction of corrosion, improvement of quality of distillate and increase of efficiency of heat exchange processes in the condensation chamber by provision of uniform passage of the flows of steam-gas mixture in entire volume of the condensation chamber.
