A method of rendering of special technical assistance in standard road situations of failure of transportation means, in accordance with which are achieved the adjustment, the repair or the refuelling of the car. Special assistance is rendered directly on the point of road situation, as preliminarily paid by user service by purchase of a plastic card "auto-assistance", which is the confirmation of the right for obtaining of following services: delivery of automotive fuel; towing of vehicle; starting of the car engine, which is not started because of the failure of storage battery; replacement of the wheels of vehicle.
