The device has a positioning unit and a locking unit to position and lock a logistics box (1) with respect to an armored car (9), respectively. The positioning unit has guide ramps (16) cooperating with a transversal bar and a support surface integrated to the car. The locking unit has sleepers (17) each cooperating with a hook integrated to an upper wall of the box, where the upper wall is in support against the support surface.
