Before adding the biologically active substances and/or vitamins and/or micro- and macroelements and/or medicinal preparations are enclosed in liposomes by mixing of potable water, biologically active substances and/or vitamins and/or micro- and macroelements and/or medicinal preparations and lecitin in a mixing container with following treatment in rotary-pulse apparatus in which an acoustic field is formed in a zone of working element at the preset temperature, pressure, rotor speed and time and at components ratio depending on designation of medicated product or infant product.
