PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CDMA-type mobile communication terminal device which is capable of acquiring a diversity gain, reducing a current consumption when in use, and keeping the stability in receiving quality. SOLUTION: The mobile communication terminal device 100 is equipped with a first receiving system provided with an antenna 110, a receiving signal processing unit 130, and a rake combination unit 140 and a second receiving system provided with an antenna 112, a receiving signal processing unit 132, and a rake combination unit 142. When either of the first receiving system and the second receiving system or both of them have excellent receiving quality, a receiving control unit 190 stops the operation of the receiving signal processing unit (130 or 132) corresponding to either of the receiving systems determined in accordance with a prescribed reference.
