PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor having high horizontal property to a mounting substrate and capable of detection with high accuracy. SOLUTION: This inclination sensor 10 comprises metal square pillars 16A-16D, a conductive ball 18 housed in a space 14 formed by them and a lid 20 provided in an upper end side of the square pillars 16A-16D. The square pillars 16A-16D are mounted on the substrate 12 with other electronic components mounted on the substrate 12. The ball 18 rolls the inside of the space 14 according to the direction of vibration and contact any two adjacent square pillars among the square pillars 16A-16D simultaneously to conduct the square pillars.
