PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic egg inspection device by more excellent image processing than hitherto. SOLUTION: A nondestructive inspection device of a fertile egg includes an image imaging part equipped with an inspection foil for arranging the fertile egg, an irradiation means for hitting light to the fertile egg inside, and a color CCD camera for imaging a color image inside the egg; and a nondestructive inspection part for determining a right egg by using an imaged egg image. The device is characterized by being constituted of a sensor for detecting a cup storing a liquid egg supplied from an egg breaking machine and conveyed, an image processing device for taking an image of the liquid egg by the CCD color camera by cup detection by the sensor, and an output buffer for transmitting an output trigger signal by a classification mechanism for discharging a defective liquid egg from the cup through an egg breaking machine control device to the image processing device.
