PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable breast milk pad which does not lose its shape at the time of breast feeding, and is easy to wear again after breast feeding. SOLUTION: A first bending part 15 which serves as a bending axis for bending a breast milk pad body 10 is so formed near the center line of the breast milk pad body 10 as to extend along the center line up to the vicinity of the periphery of the breast milk pad body 10. A breast milk pad package includes a packaging material and/or an instruction manual carrying an expression that instructs a user to wear the breast milk pad body 10 in such a way that the first bending part 15 is set slantly to stretch from the outside of the upper part to the inside of the lower part of the breast.
