PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-insulating container of which the heat-insulating performance has greatly been improved. SOLUTION: This heat-insulating container is equipped with one or a plurality of containers 1 and 2, and a heat-insulating bag 3 which houses the containers. The bag 3 is constituted of a bag main body 31 and an upper lid section 32 which opens/closes the upper end opening section of the main body. Wall sections 31a to 31d on the front and the rear, and the right and the left of the bag main body are formed into a bag shape with a double wall, and a vacuum heat-insulating material 7 is removably housed in each wall section. On the internal surface of the bottom wall section 39 of the bag main body, the vacuum heat-insulating material 7 is removably laid. Top wall sections 51a and 51d of the upper lid section 32 are formed into a bag shape by a double wall, and the plate-like vacuum heat-insulating material 7 is removably housed in the top wall sections.
