<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spline connection structure of a double shaft which prevents a design from being enlarged, secures durability, and improves an assembling performance. <P>SOLUTION: In the spline connection structure 2 of a double shaft such as a front differential gear 1, a first spline 21s and spline 50s of a first shaft (drive shaft) 50 are formed so as to extend into a groove section 50sb of the spline 50s while the first spline 21s and spline 50s of the first shaft 50 are connected with each other in a splined state at an axially pointed head side of the first spline 21s in an inner periphery of a first connection section (a connection section of the drive shaft) 21a, and a guide member 25 for forming non-contact sections between the groove sections 50sb is therein provided. The guide member 25 guides a circumferential position of the spline 50s of the first shaft 50 at a circumferential position connected with the first spline 21s in a splined state before a spline 42s of a second shaft (PTU input shaft) 42 is connected with a second spline 14s at the time of assembling. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
