PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively obtain a safe coupling metal fitting that does not cause injuries or pain to infants while preventing the infants from directly touching the coupling metal fitting and bolts/nuts used for coupling with their hands or fingers. SOLUTION: The upper face of a metal fitting body 5 is covered with a shock absorber 10. A countersunk part 16, which has a depth with a dimension larger than a height dimension of a bolt fastening means for bolt fixing on a receiving plate part, is provided at each position 15 corresponding to each bolt insertion hole of the shock absorber 10.
