PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an idling stop control apparatus for a vehicle which can prevent an engine from starting during refueling. SOLUTION: The idling stop control apparatus for the vehicle stops and restarts the engine from predetermined idling stop requirements while the vehicle engine is idling. The idling stop control apparatus includes a refueling detection means to detect the refueling to a fuel tank (steps S11, S12), and an idling stop prohibition means to prohibit at least automatic restart of the engine when the refueling is detected (step S13).
