PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsified skin preparation for external use containing a tocopherol glycine ester derivative excellent in preservation stability with preventing reduction of viscosity and the like during preservation of the product. SOLUTION: The emulsified skin preparation for external use contains 0.03-25 mass% tocopherol glycine ester derivative expressed by formula (1) and 0.05-25 mass% at least one species of fatty acid esters selected from a group consisting of glycerol fatty acid monoesters, polyglycerol fatty acid esters and dextrin fatty acid esters. In the formula, R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>independently express a lower alkyl or H, but they do not express H at the same time; R<SP>3</SP>, R<SP>4</SP>and R<SP>5</SP>independently express H or methyl.
